1、 Parameter setting issue: Incorrect flow meter parameter settings may result in inaccurate instrument readings. Incorrect parameter settings can cause deviations in the calculation of the full frequency of the secondary instrument. If the difference in full frequency is not significant, the indication may be inaccurate for a long time. If the actual full frequency is greater than the calculated value, it may cause significant fluctuations in the indication, making it difficult to accurately read the beam. Inconsistencies in parameters in the data can also affect the establishment of parameters. By recalibrating and comparing with each other, parameters can be determined and problems can be solved.
2、 Selection issue: In some cases with turbulence, due to changes in process conditions, the diameter selection or design selection of the vortex flowmeter may need to be adjusted. In actual selection, smaller pipe diameters should be chosen as much as possible to improve measurement accuracy.
